Processing Time

All rugs are handmade and made to order.

Production typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the design. Once your rug is completed, it will be prepared for shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

• Australia: 2–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, postal services, and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.

Shipping Delays

RL Rugs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. RL Rugs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.
