Vacuum Regularly
Vacuum your rug regularly to remove dust and debris. Use low suction and avoid rotating brush heads to protect the fibres.
Spot clean when needed
If spills occur, blot the area immediately with a clean cloth and mild detergent. Do not scrub harshly as this can damage the fibres.
Avoid excess moisture
DO NOT soak the rug and DO NOT machine wash. Too much water can damage the backing.
Keep out of direct sunlight
Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight may cause colours to fade over time.
Shedding is normal
Some light shedding may occur when the rug is new. This is normal for hand-tufted rugs and will reduce over time.
Professional Cleaning
For deep cleaning, it’s recommended to use a professional rug cleaner.

Order and Payment
- Custom rugs require either a 50% upfront deposit or full payment before production begins.
- If you choose the 50% deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid once the rug is completed and before it is shipped.
- Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, as each rug is handmade and created specifically for your order.
- Production will only begin once payment or deposit has been received.

Are Your rugs handmade?
Yes. Every rug is hand-tufted and finished by hand. Because of this, small variations may occur — that’s part of the handmade process.
Do you make custom rugs?
Yes. You can turn your logo, artwork, or idea into a custom rug. Submit your design through the Custom Rug Form and I’ll get back to you with a quote.
How long will my custom rug take to make?
Most rugs take 2–6 weeks to complete depending on size, design complexity, and current order volume.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rugs are shipped Australia-wide and Internationally. They are securely packaged to protect them during transit.
Can i return my rug?
Because each rug is handmade and often custom, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Can i hang the rug on my wall?
Yes. Many customers use rugs as wall pieces. If you plan to hang it, lightweight mounting methods such as hooks or Velcro strips work well.
What sizes are available?
Rugs are available in different sizes depending on the design. If you need a specific size, you can request it through the Custom Rug Form.
Can you recreate any design?
Most designs can be turned into rugs, including logos, artwork, and illustrations. Very small details may need to be simplified so the rug can be made properly.
DO i have to pay upfront?
For custom orders, you can choose to either pay the total amount of the rug upfront or if you prefer you can pay a 50% deposit and then the rest once the rug is finished before its shipped.
