All products sold by RL Rugs are handmade and produced to order. Due to the custom nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at rlrugs1@gmail.com

Your message must include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine whether the product qualifies as faulty.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, RL Rugs will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

• A replacement

• A full or partial refund

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All RL Rugs products are handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and size may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.

Return Shipping

If a return is required due to a confirmed fault, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
